We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., weather, carrier errors) or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. #### 4. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our electronic products and offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Defective products may be returned for a full refund, replacement, or repair (per our 12-month warranty), and we will cover return shipping for defective items. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
